Thanks for this reminder! I recently started a strength training group class and I feel the struggle! Everyone in the class has been there longer and is stronger than me. But I want to get stronger...so I keep going back...even though I am sore and humbled. I keep telling myself that I WILL turn into a great success story.
The thing about muscle is you gotta break it down to build it up! Embrace that 'day after' soreness...it means it's working!! Keep it up!!
Thanks for the encouragement! I showed up to class this morning and made it through "leg day" ;) Definitely get a sense of accomplishment of doing a "hard thing" early in the morning.
