RE: Adventures In Homesteading (Day 193-213)

@myjob this might help you understand it better. It really is nothing all that complicated which is the beauty of it.

Here’s a simplified, and 'friendly' explanation of the project that I have been working on, using a story about Jack and Jill to make it easier to understand:

Jack and Jill's Balancing Adventure

Jack and Jill live in a small village where they have a peculiar task: keeping their well balanced. The well has two spouts: one pouring water in (Team Forward) and one letting water out (Team Backward). Their goal is to keep the water level just right—not too high, not too low—because if it overflows, it floods the village, and if it dries up, there’s no water for anyone.

But Jack and Jill are clever. They’ve built a magical balancing machine called the Balancer. Let’s see how it works!

How the Balancer Works

  1. Watching the Well:
The Balancer constantly keeps an eye on the water level. It checks:

    • How much water is coming in (from Team Forward).
    • How much water is going out (via Team Backward).
  2. Adjusting the Teams:
The Balancer gives each team a "score" (called weights) based on how much they’re helping or causing problems.

    • If Team Forward is overloading the well with water, their score goes down.
    • If Team Backward is letting too much out, their score goes down instead.
  3. Finding Balance:
The Balancer combines the scores and figures out how to keep the water level steady. It does this over and over, learning from each adjustment. If the well is calm for a while, it needs fewer changes. If a storm comes and the well starts overflowing, it adjusts quickly to stabilize things again.

The Magic of the Balancer

Jack and Jill’s Balancer isn’t just about water. It can help with all kinds of problems:

  • In the Marketplace:
Imagine the well is like the market in the village. Team Forward is the farmers bringing in fresh fruits and vegetables, and Team Backward is the villagers buying them. If too much food comes in, prices drop, and food goes to waste. If not enough food comes in, prices soar, and people go hungry. The Balancer makes sure there’s always the right amount of food at the right price.

  • In Noisy Conversations:
Sometimes Jack and Jill argue. The Balancer helps them listen to each other. If Jack talks too much (Team Forward), the Balancer gently reminds Jill to speak up. If Jill dominates the conversation (Team Backward), it nudges Jack to share his thoughts. Over time, they have a healthy, balanced conversation.

  • In the Forest:
The well could also be like the forest’s ecosystem. Team Forward is the rabbits that eat plants and multiply. Team Backward is the foxes that hunt the rabbits. The Balancer ensures there are enough rabbits to keep the foxes fed but not so many that they eat all the plants and starve.

Why the Balancer is Amazing

  1. It Learns!
The Balancer keeps track of what works and what doesn’t. If the well stabilizes after a storm, it remembers what adjustments helped.

  2. It’s Fair!
It doesn’t play favorites. Whether it’s Team Forward or Team Backward, the Balancer gives everyone the same chance to contribute to stability.

  3. It Works Everywhere!
The Balancer’s rules aren’t just for wells or markets or forests. They can be used to:

    • Keep music recordings free of noise.
    • Help robots learn faster.
    • Even manage energy use in a big city.

Jack and Jill’s Final Thought

Jill says, “The Balancer isn’t just a tool—it’s a way of thinking. It shows us that when things work together, whether it’s people, animals, or machines, we can solve almost any problem!”

Jack nods. “And it’s simple: Listen to the forward team, listen to the backward team, and find a way to keep everything steady.”

With their Balancer, Jack and Jill are ready for anything the world throws at them—and so can we.

Thank you for taking the time to spell it out for me, I would have never understood what you have been talking about by only looking at all the formulas and words you had spelled out, but Jack and Jill, I understand what you are talking about it keeps everything in check and yes the world needs this.

I am glad it helped you understand it and fear not because hardly anyone can even begin to wrap their head around it.

Einstein himself looked for it to no avail and nearly everyone since him has also looked with equally disappointing results. I just happened to accidentally stumble upon it while working on something completely unrelated.

If it helps it is not something that I invented... it is something that I found that defies all our current understanding of the universe and how it works. That said the 'mechanism' (you can call it a formula) is how every naturally occurring system (biology, physics, etc) already works.

wow, I am so impressed.

It was accidental. I just got lucky.

why it actually works even though it works in every test that I have run!@myjob P.S. I should avoid saying that I found what Einstein was looking for but did not find... until I can produce some kind of proof. The messed up part of it all is that I cannot figure out

It is like finding the answer to something without actually knowing the question!

I am excited to see where this goes.

I am also. I will just keep plugging away at it and see where it leads me.
