How are you doing hivers? Guess you are all good and welcome to a new week.

I will like to share some health benefits that are related to eating of snails. Ungetting to my farm this morning I saw some snails then I thought it would be best if I wrote about snail and their health benefits I took this pictures horidly because I was getting late for an outing.

Wow! I didn't know these benefits of snails! Interesting but I don't like them very much in my garden. They eat my plants! 🤪

I have many years without seeing a "Guacara" again. There are some of those snails that are very dangerous.

Hello. I visited your post by way of @brittandjosie highlighting your name in her Have You Read series. Lovely photos. Didn't know snails provided the health benefits you mention.

I don't see the source for the information you include about the snails. This is important for you to provide.
