Food
This week we are playing with some pictures of food, in my case I prepared a still life with a few fruits. I chose 3 captures that I liked, but I don´t really know why i like it best. I guess because of the details of the apple and the little shine on it. It´s center is the focal point in the law of thirds and the other fruits are more blurred, i liked the effect that came out.
It looks balanced and very detailed. I leave a few additional shots from other angles.
Comida
Esta semana tocan fotografías de comida, en mi caso preparé un bodegón con unas cuantas frutas. Saqué 3 capturas que me gustaron, pero ni sabría como elegir mi favorita. Pero tomé la de la portada como primera porque me gusta cómo quedaron los detalles de la manzana y el brillo en ella. Queda como punto focal en ley de los tercios y las demás frutas quedan más difuminadas.
Se ve balanceada y con mucho detalle. Dejo unas cuantas capturas adicionales desde otros ángulos.
These two are also interesting but I honestly don't know why the first one catches my attention more.
The second one has an interesting approach, because even though the basket is in the foreground the focus is on the red apple, then the oranges and behind it blurred the mango. The brightness of the light bounces off the apple very nicely.

Estas dos también son interesantes pero sinceramente no se porque me llama más la atención la primera.
La segunda tiene un enfoque interesante, ya que aunque el cesto esté en primer plano el enfoque es la manzana roja, luego las naranjas y detrás difuminado el mango. El brillo de la luz rebota excelente en la manzana.

Yeah I also like the first one. I have no particular reasons because I know nothing about photography but it actually has a good fit to be the header picture.

I'll admit, I prefer the first picture as well; the macro of that apple is really nice. Baskets of fruits are almost always great for still life photos!

I prefer the 2nd one more. but I agree, those are beautiful creative macro photographs of such a trivia object as apples. brilliant photos!
