RE: What I Learned Working in a Pastry Kitchen as an Apprentice in France

Because I have a sweet tooth, I’d also love to learn how to bake cakes and pastries. But because of lack of time, I just indulge on the ready-to-eat products to satisfy my cravings.

It takes effort and talent to be a master chef. And you’re blessed Arni to have gained valuable skills in this creative discipline. Congrats!

Ah, the archi life 😀 I admire them for their craft. Sometimes my daughter and I watch reality tv shows on pastry making and I am blown away by their skills.

Just sharing, when Alex, my sister in law visited the Philippines early this year (pre-pandemic quarantine), I made her try our mango float and she loved it. She brought graham crackers with her back to France. Thanks Erne for your lovely comment.

Mmmm...yummy mango float! This happens to be one of my comfort desserts. I’m glad Alex, your sister in law loved this Filipino favorite. Perhaps I can order one from you someday? 😁

Good morning Erne, haha,no need to order, I'll make one for you when you visit Moalboal one day 😁

Wow! Looking forward to savoring your mango float! Thanks a lot Arni and good morning! 😁
