I have been at hive for at least 4 month and this is my first time to partake in the 'first day of the month power up contest'.
As I am new on this platform still I guess, I don't have much hive but still, I will like to contribute to the blockchain and to my self for it offer a lot base on what I read on the blog by @streetsytle's and the number of respected member of hive.blog I saw trying their possible best to partake in it. I have made 1.114 liquid hive and I am using 1.0 hive to power up my account for my contribution living only 0.114 on my account. As I said before in my last blog " It doesn't not matter what amount of hive you have but the fact that you are partaking in the hivepud matters a lot for you most importantly and the blockchain.
