Life is like a million piece puzzle that we start to build on the day we are born. In the beginning, our parents help us to build the frame. Once the frame is in place, we search every day for another piece of the puzzle. Along the way, while we search for the pieces of the puzzle, we meet new people and make new friends who help us to complete the puzzle. Sometimes they stay, but often they only help find a few puzzle pieces before leaving again.
Our family members help us the most while we build our puzzle. Sometimes there are pieces missing and we search for the missing pieces in the most obscure places just to find the pieces right in front of us. Sometimes it feels as if we are getting nowhere, and then suddenly we find a missing piece and everything falls back into place.
The longer we build the more complex this puzzle seems and then one day it just makes sense. All the pieces start to come together and as we look back over our lifetime and look at the pieces we build, we see where we struggled and where we build easily. Once our puzzle is complete, it is then that we become content because our puzzle is complete.
May you look back at your puzzle and smile, and realize that the hard work was all worth it. Help others to complete their own puzzle successfully, and may you find the last pieces of your puzzle and be content with what you have.
