I too am really scared of deep waters. I have had swimming lessons but I still haven't learned treading because my instructor required me to float at the 7ft part of the pool. I just couldn't do it. That's why I haven't tried swimming in the sea even with life jacket on. I wish I could conquer my fear just like you did.
This is inspiring. Maybe when my daughter starts her swimming lessons too, I'll continue with mine as well. Soon.
Hi Romeskie, thank you :) yes it was the same for me, I found treading in the pool much harder. It's much easier to float in the sea, we have better buoyancy in salt water. Baby steps helped me a lot, swimming a little bit around the boat so I could hold on to something just in case :) Yay! I look forward to you enjoying swimming with your daughter. Aja, fighting :)
