Greetings dear readers, this is my first publication in this community and I do it from this personal reflection that today I share with you "The body a public and private territory", I must clarify what territory is for me, when I refer to territory I am not referring by definition to a geographical place, but to a system governed by political, cultural, social and even economic characters, which also influence this system, in other simpler words, the body.
In addition to that, I deepen in these two aspects that for me, the body as a public space, is a body in the sight of all, of ideas, negative, positive forces, that want to possess it by the simple consumption of the flesh, ways and personal judgments of each individual that observes us in any place or situation where we transit, that for me makes us a territory in claim and invaded by other idealistic thoughts built by the obsolete forms of social structures and cultural deceptions, dogmas, then it is there that I immerse myself in that the judgment of others makes little reference to what really is the body of one / or the other.
Already when you decide to expose that body through any movement, it becomes public.
To the territory invaded by a third person, a motor of the corporeal liberation is opposed by the complex growth of our societies, which makes it a private or intimate entity, to this phenomenon I define it as corporal autonomy, and I refer to phenomenon because a life of training does lengthen your life, but a life of conscious mobility changes even your generations, you will inherit that information that will be registered in your genetic code, transferred to those who precede you.
You decide what to do and what to show of your body, even if they are the most remote particularities; however there are so many bodies, as thoughts, feelings and stories that makes it private, because only each individual knows himself, and lives.
I firmly believe that the body is a bit of both, especially the natural exposure it has, as beings we act many times from instinct, accompanied by different situations, ideas, emotions, flavors and colors.
I consider that the most exposed bodies are the female bodies, but also childhood, where adults do not judge for many things that in childhood we do not understand, and finally the migrants, these are the unknown, those who do not look like what we are used to, Latinos, Africans, Indians and more. There will always be a rejection of what does not fit into the structured minds of the social fabric, sunk in the deceptions of our societies.
Personally I believe that a person should not be judged by his body for being a woman, for being tall or short, thin or fat, for his sexual preference, for having this or that descent. All these marginalized populations of our cylindrical societies have a place in our populations, and exactly feed a cry for independence that frees their bodies.

El cuerpo un territorio público y privado
Saludos queridos lectores, esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y lo hago desde esta reflexion personal que hoy comparto con ustedes " El cuerpo un territorio público y privado", debo aclarar qué es para mí el territorio, cuando me refiero a territorio no me refiero por definición a un lugar geográfico, sino a un sistema regido por caracteres políticos, culturales, sociales e incluso económicos, que también influyen en este sistema, en otras palabras más sencillas, el cuerpo.
Aunado a eso, profundizo en estos dos aspectos que para mí, el cuerpo como espacio público, es un cuerpo a la vista de todos, de ideas, fuerzas negativas, positivas, que le quieren poseer por el simple consumó a la carne, maneras y juicios personales de cada individuo que nos observa en cualquier lugar o situación en donde transitamos, habitamos, nos desarrollamos, eso para mí nos hace un territorio en reclamación e invadido por otros pensamientos idealistas construidos por las obsoletas formas de las estructuras sociales y engaños culturales, dogmas, entonces es ahí que me sumerjo en que el juicio ajeno hace poca referencia a lo que realmente es el cuerpo de una/o
Ya cuando tú decides exponer ese cuerpo a través de cualquier movimiento, se torna público.
Al territorio invadido por una tercera persona, se le opone un motor de la liberación corpórea por crecimiento complejo de nuestras sociedades, que lo hace un ente privado o íntimo, a este fenómeno le defino como autonomía corporal, y me refiero a fenómeno por que una vida de entrenamiento si te alarga la vida, pero una vida de movilidad consciente cambia hasta tus generaciones, tu le herederas esa información que estará registrada en tu código genético, transferida a los que preceden de ti.
Uno decide que hacer y que mostrar de su cuerpo, así sean las particularidades más remotas; sin embargo existen tantos cuerpos, como pensamientos, sentires e historias eso lo hace privado, porque sólo cada individuo se conoce, y se vivencia.
Creó firmemente que el cuerpo es un poco de ambos, sobre todo la exposición natural que tiene, como seres actuamos muchas veces desde el instinto, acompañado de diferentes situaciones, ideas, emociones, sabores y colores.
Considero que los cuerpos más expuestos son los cuerpos femeninos, pero también niñez, donde los adultos no juzgan por muchas cosas que en la niñez ni comprendemos, y por ultimo los migrantes estos son los desconocidos, los que no se parecen a lo que estamos acostumbrados, Latinos, Africanos, Indios y más. Siempre habrá un rechazo a lo que no cuadra para las mentes estructuradas en del tejido social, hundidos en los engaños de nuestras sociedades.
En lo personal creo que una persona no debe ser juzgada por su cuerpo por ser mujer, por ser alto o bajo , delgado o gordo , por su preferencia sexual, tener tal o cual descendencia. Todas estas poblaciones marginadas de nuestra cilíndricas sociedades tienen un lugar en nuestras poblaciones, y exactamente alimentan un grito de independencia que libere sus cuerpo.
