I am not taking supplements either. My husband won't allow me. During breastfeeding years, I was just eating a lot. Taking proteins from meats, calcium from cheeses or milk, and vitamins from fruits or veggies. But the pills really made me gain weight after. XD I just ate raclette for 2 nights and I am super bloated now. Hehe!
