So sad for me, I don't have a journal and I'm not even sure I can keep up with one but from what you've written about having a journal, I think I'd consider it.

Shockingly to me, I just found out that there are many benefits of having a journal. Keeping track of how fast or slow we are moving is really necessary and important to track our growth.
