Declining birth rates are the slow bleed of a civilization and this means less future, less legacy, less of everything that matters. The world today as we know it was built by people who came here, multiplied, and filled the land with grit and ambition. Without that, replacement in one form or another depopulation of the earth is inevitable. The global estimate of births has been steadily declining since the 1950s, with countries like south korea at an alarmingly low 0.72.

In the United States the centre for Disease control and prevention reported that the united states has Record-low fertility rate and estimate shows that as of third quarter 2024 it was 53 Birth per 1000 women which shows an alarming downward trend in fertility rate.

In October 2024 the BBC reported that Women in England and Wales had an average of 1.44 children between 2022 and 2023, which is the lowest rate on record, and Only 591,072 babies were born in 2023, fewer than in any year since 1977 and also a fall of more than 14,000 on the previous year.

Russia also reported lowest birth rate in decades and China population declines for 2nd consecutive year

On a larger scale population decline has lot's of disadvantages the sooner governments looks into this and implements policies that will solve the issue the better.
