Thanks for the very clear explanation. However, I have 3 questions:
Q1: How many votes are needed to be ranked among the top 20?
Q2: What is the maximum proxy that a person can receive to vote for others (delegate their vote)
Q3: Is there a pool for witnesses

Hi, thanks for coming around.

The number of votes does not matter, what matters is what those votes are worth in VESTS (HP). So 1000 votes from users with 1 HP is the same as 1 vote from a user with 1000 HP
There is no maximum
Yes the witness pool is explained in this post at the top
