• improves courage (or reduces fear, whatever you're using XD)
• improves luck
• temporarily drastically reduces willpower/constitution when unequipped XD

Also:

Furious downgoat

• pet/companion
• ferociously headbutts hostile entities dealing a lot of stun damage but very little actual damage with a very high chance of knockdown (it is only a pygmy goat after all)
• will eat unattended items and clothing/armour if it can get to them
