An Encounter With Alien

We live in a strange world. I have heard stories of humans who encountered strange beings that ultimately blessed them with wealth and riches.

I have also heard of humans who encountered strange creatures, and they became mentally sick.

The world is mysterious, although I can't prove it, but I believe that we are not alone on this planet; there are other beings apart from humans and the animals with which we are familiar.

Thank God for movies; a little of that reality is portrayed in alien movies. Some of the movies show both the good and bad sides of aliens.

I remember one that I watched when I was in my teens, “Krish.” The alien in that movie showed the good side of aliens; it empowered Krishna with supernatural strength and intelligence, which he used for the good of society.

The one that showed the bad side of aliens that I was privileged to watch is “Predator.” A strange alien came to Earth and began hunting both animals and men.

Judging by the two movies, one has to be careful in entertaining strange beings from other planets.

So, if I suddenly encounter an alien in my compound one day, honestly, I might freak out. Only God knows how loud I'll scream.

But if I manage to put myself together and I notice the alien wants to talk and it is using the language I understand, I would listen.

But the truth is, I won't do all that with one mind after knowing that aliens can either be good or bad. A lot would be going through my mind.

Even if I decided to keep the alien in my place pending when it would be ready to leave, I'll still be in fear because I can't tell what the alien’s intention is.

Even if it promises that it is here to help me, I won't give 100% trust. The fear in my heart would just be praying for it to say, “I am leaving.”

Words can be deceptive and looks as well, so I can't rely on what it says or what the alien looks like.

Well, probably, after successfully living with it for a while, I might begin to draw conclusions, but until then, I'll have to be very careful.

As much as we want to be kind, we have to be very cautious. The world is evil; no one can tell the intentions of the heart. You might help out of kindness, then end up becoming prey. It happens a lot. This is why we must apply wisdom even when extending kindness.
