Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive & HBD

My goal for this year was 60k Hive. I made that. Now my stretch goal is 70k.

Last week I made 298.15, bringing me to 62809.7 total Hive Power. That’s 89.7% of my goal!

Math time. 70k - 62809.7 gives us 7190.3. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 719 Hive needed per day to reach 70k by that point.

With HIVE prices as they are, I could by that 7000 HIVE needed for just $620 and some change. That’s really not bad. If this were last year, I would probably do that. Unfortunately this isn’t last year and I don’t have the free money.

I don’t know, maybe I can find some other crypto somewhere to use. If that happens, I still might make it!

Silver

The silver chart for last week:

How about that — almost $70! We should go over this week. The question isn’t do we get to $70, the question is with time left till Xmas and the New Year, how far above $70 might we go??

Here is a good looking coin that I came across today:

Pretty sweet design! Man… big it’s hard to pay that $74 asking price. Still — with silver likely to keep going up for awhile, it’s still a good buy. Get it here.
