NZ Too? False allegations of legal tolerance for rape | HBR Talk 185

New Zealand is following Canadians lead and abolish due process for rape accusations. As every man accused of rape and who wasn't sentenced is a clearly a rapist who got away:

And as such trying to defend yourself, bringing forth exculpatory evidence, is just victim blaming — and now banned. Just confess already. #BelieveAllWomen

When Canada went that way I already suggested to go #MGTOW monk, stay away from women, preferably pretend to be gay and/or unattractive. As one of the three main reasons for a false accusations of rape is revenge — for example for turning down a women's advances.

The other two are producing an alibi, for example after cheating on a partner and sympathy / attention seeking.

As you can see from the list “just getting consent”, as feminist suggest, will not protect against any of the three. There is no protection only risk mitigation — by staying away from women as much as possible.

I don't know if you saw it but Zachary Benn in the UK was recently released from prison after being held for 6 months without the prosecution presenting any evidence to rightfully hold him there. They also never mention the name of his accuser in the media but were quick to name him! I hope he counter-sues.

Typical UK happens all the time. Look up Mark Pearson for another case:
