In the JRE podcast #1897 with Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson there was talk of a new engine technology being developed that uses plasmoids. Randall said the developers have been working in the Maldives and have held him to secrecy until now to protect their work from suppression. He also said Mazda is planning to try retrofitting cars with the new engine. He read a document on his laptop and mentioned having seen videos of tests.
There is a slideshow/document on docdroid about an engine that uses plasmoids, titled "Atomic Energy from Water, Plasmoid Protium Power" (link posted on the r/conspiracy subreddit). This could be related to Eric Lerner's work with dense plasma focus. YouTube has a presentation on his "Focus Fusion" energy research from a Google Tech Talk.
Does anybody have more detailed information on this technology? Or will we just have to wait until Randall, Mazda, or the developers make an announcement?
