Well, not entirely bad, Al was loved all over the New Hemisphere. I learned a lot about him after the stories from around town by reading these two books:

Al Capone: His Life and Legacy, and Legend
The Last Call - The Rise and Fall of Prohibition

Did you know even Henry Ford supported prohibition because his workers had alcohol problems, LOL. (I'm pretty sure about this)

Also prohibition started the American Liberty League, the most outspoken opponent's to the Interventionist policies during the New Deal.
