Happy weekend everyone.....so I want to contribute to what are the biggest challenges young men face when discussing their emotional and mental struggles first of all I would like to say happy international men's day and I want to appreciate you all. okay so I would say the biggest challenges young men face with discussing their emotional and mental struggle is seen in phrases like men don't cry, I'm a man. This short phrases have played a role to why some men feel the need to keep their emotions to themselves, so even when they are going through emotional and mental struggles they find it hard to speak out. I just want to say its okay to voice out, cry if you want to it doesn't mean you are approaching things wrongly it only shows you are human. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
