I don't blame you for falling for it. These people can be convincing. But then, why would anyone whoo says he wants to offer me a winning prize ask for a processing fee. That should be a warning sign. I don't even care if I know you personally, you would not get a cent off me. Rather, I'd cut a deal for the price gift.
