Hello community and family ❤️❤️.

Having a good work environment is the most important factor in any work establishment because that is the first thing that gives an employee the confidence of belonging and work security. And honestly speaking its very hard this days to see many good work environments with good bosses because the economy situation in my country Nigeria 🇳🇬 is causing many multinational companies to leave the country due to how they can not cope again with tariffs , taxes and import duties.

I remembered how well I enjoyed my work days when I was working with Mandilas Enterprises as a Secretary/Customers Relations, a multinational Greek Company based here in Nigeria. My Boses a Briton who was the General Manager (For Motors Department) and a Nigeria 🇳🇬 who was the Sales Operations Manager Motors. These were the days work interest one to get up in the morning and look 👀 forward to a beautiful 😻 and fun 🤩 day because of the people who are your bosses.

Because this was a multinational company we are responsible to handle all companies and customers who are needing new vehicles, and my bosses are therefore in charge to take allocation for our department which involves provision for the office, tea 🍵, coffee ☕️, snacks and others which are meant to serve to those who are clients so I was in charge of the purchase which also gives me the opportunity of week to week breakfast in the office. And once my bosses wants to close a deal of vehicle 🚗 supplies to companies who made purchases, I will be so happy for some good lunch for few days because of the tips my bosses will give to me that looks chunky.

And another good side of this job and my bosses was that every end of the year am always sure of some special gifts from our clients which my bosses makes our department receives before I go for my annual leave I usually take during the Christmas 🤶 to resume back in January ending. A whole one month of duty is the best for every work environment which we can hardly get these days from any establishment.

However, when I finally got married and had my first beautiful 😻 daughter, I took off six good months from work with the help of my bosses arranging for another company worker to cover for me until am back. I never for one day panicked 😱 that I might loose my job or that my salary will be reduced because I put in my best during all the years I have worked for the company which my bosses commend me on. So I was able to be in a relaxed mood taking care of my daughter until after six months that she has to go to day care. And resuming back at the office, my bosses still helped me with closing hour before our closing office hours to be able to pick up my daughter.

Working with people, especially our bosses that are good to us or look exceptional is something we are supposed to enjoy because the office where we go everyday is like our second home or family , so we always look forward to a new beautiful day or even a week, anticipating good things to come our way.

I really enjoyed those days I worked with these two bosses who made an unforgettable memory in my life. I worked many years with them even having my kids until I decided I needed more time to devote to my girls as they were growing and have to resign and stayed off work for just few years before going into Property Management that gives more time to myself as the years passes by.
