THE SCARIEST DAY OF MY LIFE

I got a request from someone I call my father (not biological father) to follow him to a location just to do somethings together. I accepted the request and also I found out he had called a brother (not a biological brother) of mine also who also accepted the request and so we got into his car and we began the journey.

It took about three hours before we got there and seeing the place filled with bush all around but truly, it was a site but not the one with building. Although, buildings were to be erected but as at the time we went, there were no buildings and we were meant to spend the night there. While we look around and had some discussions just the three of us, laughed and just had some fun.

Then, I was told two of them were to go around the town just to check something out which I never thought was a big deal because it was evening already and I was thinking they will be back very soon but little did I know that they intended to go to another state without me. That was the scariest day of my life.

So they left and I was left alone in the bush, in the middle of nowhere and the innocent me was in the car waiting for these two people that went around and hoping they will be back very soon. As soon as it started getting darker, I began to hear sounds that are not normal to the ears, I could not explain it and it feels as the darker it becomes, the scarier it becomes.

If I look at the right, it feels as if a being is walking towards me, if I look to the left it feels as if a being is walking towards me and if I hear a sound from the back, if feels as if a being wants to grab. This was a scary moment for me. Fear rushed through my mind, veins, bones etc. I could not scream because I know no one will hear me but I resulted into PRAYING!!!. Funny enough, the louder I prayed, the bigger the fear grew. Lol.

Advantageously, I had received the baptism of the Holy Ghost that evening so because of the fear in me, I resulted into PRAYING in tongues and that lasted for hours. Because all I wanted is peace and not fear but no one was there to help. So after the long hours of prayers (maybe three hours), they came back from where they went to and I wish not to forgive them for the trauma they made me go through that day but who am I not to forgive. I had to tell them what I experienced because they met me praying and they were shocked. They later told me they travelled to another state which caused them to get back late.

Few years after, whenever we talk about that incident, they used to tease me and reminded me how fearful I was. Lol.
