It's a complex topic. Sometimes child make the right choice for them based on their interest but in the end, they need to suffer for the choice for many reasons. Again parents should not force their children also. It also depends on one country's situation.

The whole thing might look somehow but we must play our parental guidance on the kids .. and allow them make their choice. The only time I will interfere is when the child is following a bad path
Hmm. I agree with you and I feel parents should support their children when they choose a career instead of forcing them to fulfill the dreams of their parents because most of the time the outcome doesn't end well.
