Oh! I hail thee;
I hail thee my great state;
The state of my birth;
In you are great potentials
Little wonder you were called The promise land;
Great things springs out of you;
My creator knows why he sent me to you;
Perhaps He knew you were going to sharpen and bring out the potentials in me;
I have never regretted being born into you.

Although most times the people in you tend to act awkward, selfish, baberic, callous, and all what one could think of;
But yet I am proud of you.

Sometimes ago you were in captivity;
Sometime ago no one heard of you;
Sometimes ago it was as if you weren't going to exist but thanks to your Creator for giving you this privilege of freedom.

Congratulations to your freedom;
Freedom to do anything you want;
Freedom to rule and govern your people;
Freedom to take decisions of your own;
Freedom! Freedom! Freedom indeed.

Cause of this freedom you have birth great people, yes indeed great people has sprung out from you, ranging from great singers to great doctors to great teachers to great lawyers to great architect, to great engineers, and to great great beautiful professions I could hardly count or remember.

On this day I wish thee long life and prosperity;
I wish thee a happy birthday;
Long live Akwa-Ibom state the oil city of my beautiful country Nigeria;
Long live the promise Land;
I love you and I will always do❤❤

Te saludo mi gran estado;
El estado de mi nacimiento;
En ti hay grandes potenciales
No es de extrañar que te llamaran La tierra prometida;
Grandes cosas brotan de ti;
Mi creador sabe por qué me envió a vosotros;
Quizás Él sabía que ibas a agudizar y sacar a relucir mis potenciales;
Nunca me he arrepentido de haber nacido en ti.

Aunque la mayoría de las veces las personas que hay en ti tienden a actuar de forma torpe, egoísta, bábrica, insensible y todo lo que uno pueda imaginar;
Pero aun así estoy orgulloso de ti.

Algunas veces estuvisteis en cautiverio;
Hace algún tiempo nadie oyó hablar de ti;
Hace veces era como si no fueras a existir pero gracias a tu Creador por darte este privilegio de libertad.

Felicitaciones por tu libertad;
Libertad para hacer lo que quieras;
Libertad para gobernar y gobernar a su pueblo;
Libertad para tomar decisiones propias;
¡Libertad! ¡Libertad! Libertad en verdad.

Gracias a esta libertad naciste grandes personas, sí, de ti surgieron grandes personas, desde grandes cantantes hasta grandes médicos, grandes maestros, grandes abogados, grandes arquitectos, grandes ingenieros y grandes profesiones hermosas. contar o recordar.
