Embracing the Present: The Illusion of Perfect Timing.

I use to think that if I have more time to myself, I will be more productive...

During semesters in school, I use to pray for a little break in between, atleast make person rest small so that I will maximize it more in reading. Lol 😆. Reading that I wasn't reading all these while.

There was a time I thought, if I had more time to stay at home, I will pray more and study more.

You know, no extra activities, no church activities, no academic activities, no having to meet up with deadlines and the likes...
But I realize that, that time will never come.

And even if it did come, we will still be non chalant about it.
Why? because we will still believe there is still time.

I could remember a time in my 200level in the university, it was examination period, and everyone was on their toes trying to meet up and the likes, I was part of those trying to meet up with my books by the way 😅.

Something happened, which I really can't remember anymore, and the examination day was move to about another three weeks time.

Oh dear!
Everyone relaxed, including myself.

Prior to that time, I remember telling myself that, if only the school can just add extra one week, then this will be my best academic comeback year 😅

Big LOL.

They didn't just add a week, but a whopping three weeks!

Guess what? I relaxed so much that, I didn't start to read until a week to the exam again, and the weirdest part, I was telling myself, I wish I had been reading all along o and wanted to go back in time.😅

Life is never going to offer the “right” time to take decisions.
There will never be the perfect time to finish that assignment, spend time with your loved ones, change your opinion, or welcome and embrace a new thought process.

Only when we come to terms with this, do we get a lot more work done in our daily lives.

You won't get any busier, instead you might even get more busier.

There is a saying that "The more you grow, the more busier you'd get".
You have to intentionally maximize your time, and do what is worth doing as at when due.
If we wait until we are ready, we will be waiting for the rest of our lives.

No better time than now!
Do it now ✨🤍.

I'm rooting for you 🤍.

I think that's that's the best way to put it. There's no such thing as the perfect timing. We'll just keep waiting for a time that will never come. Really beautiful @enioluwafe.🌺

Thank you so much @jhymi

Perfect time doesn't exist.

Wise words, AJ. Sometimes, we are the ones that have to set out time and get on our feet to do certain things.

When will you finish your exams?

Thank you Olujay.

Examination will end on the 9th of March.

😂😂 why can I relate so much to this. I used to be really serious in the university until I got to my final year. That’s when I started saying, oh I’ll study tomorrow until it was a week to exams.😂 But I still passed though.

I think it’s best to start something while you have more time than to wait till the deadline is fast approaching.

Actually o 😅.

Waiting till the last moment just sort of put you under so much pressure.

😂 you’ll now be trying to cram everything in one night. It is well.
