Family planning is very important; it helps couples to control childbirth. It is very accepted in my country.
I am so happy that people have come to realise the importance of family planning. It is so accepted, especially among couples who are educated and understand that when a woman gives birth to many children, it reduces her life span. Although there are so many people in my country who think that family planning is not important, is it their right to give birth to as many as they want?
There is a need for family planning, especially in a country like mine where means of living are very hard for the citizens. The country is so overpopulated that family planning is the only measure that will be used to reduce poverty in our country. Family planning will help reduce some unwanted pregnancies. If families will accept family planning, it will really be a great thing.
Family planning is something every family should accept; it will help manage finances and resources and reduce overpopulation. I can remember one story that my dad told me about their mother. She gave birth to thirteen kids, and when she wanted to give birth to the fourteenth child, she died during the process, leaving the little kids to suffer. As a woman giving birth to many kids, you are endangering your health.
Currently, in my country, our economy is helping us do family planning; everybody is being careful about the number of kids they give birth to. The country's economy is not smiling at all.
Methods of family planning.
There are different methods of controlling childbirth, but I will be discussing a few of them.
Implant: This is done by a medical practitioner. The practitioner will inject a tiny rod under the ovaries of a woman. This method is 100% advisable during this period. The woman's ovaries will never release eggs, not to mention fertilising an egg. It lasts for three to five years, and it is advisable.
Withdrawal method: this is not a new method; it has been in existence for a long time. This method is not 100% safe, although it works for some people who are calculative.
contraceptive: it is commonly used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. It is a pill. There are various types of this contraceptive.
Condom: The condom is the most common of them all. It helps prevent sperm from entering the vagina during sexual intercourse. Although it is not a 100% guarantee, it is a measure to reduce childbirth.
The shot: this is an injection given by a medical practitioner. It is being injected into the arm or hip and lasts for a period of months. During this period, the woman's ovaries will not release any eggs. This method is 100% safe.
There are many other methods of controlling childbirth; look for the one that best suits you and go for it. We ladies need this birth control more than men because we are the ones risking our lives. It is not easy to give birth, so it is very important for us to help. Two or three children is okay, so you and your partner can easily take care of the child.
It will really be nice if the government educates women about the importance of family planning because many are ignorant of this. This woman needs to be enlightened on the importance of family planning.
It will help reduce overpopulation in the country.
