Hello Hivers!!

In my previous post, I shared some benefits of eye exercises, and promised to share some eye exercises you can do at your own comfort.

Well, without further delay, let's get to it

  1. 20-20-20 ๐™๐™ช๐™ก๐™š: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce digital eye strain.

  2. ๐™€๐™ฎ๐™š ๐™๐™ค๐™ก๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ: Roll your eyes in a circular motion, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, to improve flexibility and blood flow.

  3. ๐™‹๐™–๐™ก๐™ข๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ: Rub your hands together to generate warmth, then gently place them over your closed eyes for relaxation.

  1. ๐™๐™ค๐™˜๐™ช๐™จ ๐™Ž๐™๐™ž๐™›๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ: Hold a pen at armโ€™s length, focus on it, then slowly bring it closer to your nose. Repeat several times to strengthen focus.
