It is true that parental interference is much in Nigeria but the truth is that most of these parents do it for their ego sake or so that they can brag about it wherever they go. They do not fully understand that after they are dead and gone, the children will fend for themselves and if what they forced the child to study is not good for the child, then that child might end up becoming worse.

I really hope that many parents can think twice about choosing careers for their children.
