Hello Hive Naija! My greetings to fellow Nigerians and everybody else in here.
This is my first time writing in the community.
Its the kind of prompt I was waiting for...
I would like to call myself an outdoor person. actually a wannabe outdoorist. As a child, I looked forward to our annual family trips, going to beaches and mountains, our train journey or even a road trip. Obviously I never had to care about anything except enjoying.
Then there comes a time in your early twenties when you start to think about finances. Asking money from parents for education is fine but for exploring outdoors, many kilometers away feels kinda weird. This is the time to work towards financial stability. Here, I am not considering highly intelligent and brilliant minds for whom making money is smooth like butter.
To be an active outdoor person, currently I don't have enough resources so I'm making use of my time being indoors. It has its own added benefits.
The things I enjoy Indoors apart from my daily routine
Reading about the crypto world - I'm making use of this time to learn more about crypto and how everything works. For a noob like me, HIVE has opened many doors to places I never knew existed.
Unlike earlier, I can now understand the HIVE - HBD math and how tokens work. There was a point when I thought resource credits have to be charged with money. This is the level where I was at. Either you need to read a lot or have an experienced person by your side to whom you can ask every stupid question about the blockchain. I am on the first path.
Now I feel a bit confident that I have begun to understand WEB 3, even though a little.
Web 3 games are something I'm looking forward to be an active part of in the future.
Chess and its variants -Through Chess.com I discovered so many different variants of the game. Horde and King of the hill are my favorite. Also an advantage of digital chess is that you don't need to care about fake checkmates or missed checks.
Movies - This is one of my favorite things. Though I don't watch a lot of movies these days. However, I managed to watch 2 Oscar winning movies this year - Parasite and Green Book. Reading movie reviews on HIVE has helped me find some good movies.
Spending time with grandparents - Like every other oldie, they love to narrate stories from their past. They always like to draw a comparison between their times vs ours. We also discuss our views on topics such as marriage, career and family. My grandma loves to rant about how spoiled today's generation is. How much different our views may be we share a hearty laughter at the end of every discussion, except some serious ones.
I definitely count this as a privilege of indoor life.

Hello, how are you? I found you in my feed thanks to a reblog on your post. Although the reading has been short, it has also been very accurate in what you wanted to share and let know a little about you to all who have read you so far, that too good, it's not like other content you read that are short and do not take you anywhere and even worse with are very extensive and when you get to the end you are left in the same (I hate that).
I think you should keep enjoying what you like to do, you just have to keep being you. With a little organization you can do everything you like, from traveling to just sitting in the company of your grandparents. Best of all, Hive allows you and gives you the space to share all those things if you want to.
The crypto world is very complex, right now it is still very complex, at least I have studied and managed to understand the HIVE ecosystem, I think it's the best thing that has happened to me in a long time.
I know you are not asking me but I always like to leave a tip in this kind of reading. No matter how little it is, always give a little love to your account, always add a little voting power and make it grow little by little, visit and give love to your colleagues, interact with them and you will see how HIVE will reward you.

Hello, L30N1DaS aka leogolj. I am doing even more great after seeing your thoughtful comment.
About the reblog, I'm thankful to @ pravesh0 (I don't think it would be wise to ring his notification bell)
About the little organization you mentioned, I think you are right and I'm working on it. About HIVE, I'm so grateful that I joined. It has not only given me space to write but also an opportunity to read so many amazing people.
Of course I'm looking forward to have some voting power by staking HIVE.
Wow! that's quite an achievement.
Also, thanks for leaving tips and the feedback. !BEER cheers : )
Don't worry, I don't think it's reckless either, but if you didn't want to mention it, that's fine, it's not a problem. The important thing was that I managed to visualize you and leave you my comment
Whoever wants to can, that's all. I wish you much success and hope to read you again soon.

That seems fair enough. In your indoor life, you're enriching yourself, bonding with your loved ones and everything in between. That sounds very productive to me. Totally enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing and Welcome to the Community. I hope you have the most fulfilling time here.🌺
Thank-you Tessa, for the warm welcome. ❤️
a community encouraging first-hand content, and each individual living their best life.
It's lovely that you spend time with your grandparents. Many of us are forgotten as we get older. ❤️
Actually I can't resist them 😛 Thanks for visiting kittygirl.
Glad your activities aren't boring and you have indeed learned how to cope with the outside world.
Yeah kind off. Thanks for stopping by, Ene
