Whenever I feel happy or gloomy, I used to write my feelings in a notebook or just in a piece of paper. While cleaning today, I saw this old notebook of mine which I usually write my sentiments before. Upon scanning its pages, I saw a poem that I wrote 17 years ago. I remember that these lines are my hope whenever I'm depressed. I used to read it many times until I feel relieved.
These are the lines of my poem. I don't remember why I forgot to put a title on it maybe I just write to express my feelings that day.
Just look up the sky
Then close your eyes
Imagine the face of Jesus
And try to open your mind
Then open four heart
Listen to what he says
Son, it's okay go feel that way
But, remember there's always HOPE
Everything is gonna be fine
Don't waste your time feeling hopeless
Rather think what is best
Think of a solution
Be thankful
Be blessed
'Coz life is always amazing
Life is truly beautiful
Just open your eyes for you to see
How wonderful it is to live
Because life is full of hope 🙏

Now, I have this other journal given by my sister where I used to express my thoughts. Before I start writing, I ask guidance from above to write something positive even when my day isn't so good. Because I know there are lots of things to be grateful for even the smallest ones. Let us all be grateful every day.
