You can never know whether or not something is the right decision until you've tried it. Adjusting to change can be very difficult, especially for autistic kids. Even though it can be painful, and sometimes won't end up as well as you'd hoped, adjusting to change is a very important experience for kids.
While the quality of education your child receives at school is very important, you should strive to teach them the things that they really need to know at home. It's fine to use institutions to help educate our kids, but you shouldn't rely on them to teach your kids everything.
yeah i 100% agree, i think my wife struggles a little bit with that more than me, whats almost certain for me is the NT school is gradually leaving him behind, there less and less contents for him to fully grasp, so the new school would have less content more adapted to his needs and for him to fully grasp and be less frustrated. But again totally again we can never know and as parents we just have to try to do our best with this decisions and work at home and do our parts.
Thank you very much for your insights and taking the time to read i really really appreciate it!
