Hola queridos amigos y amigas en #Hive, no puedo decirles cuanto les he extrañado, he pasado casi 6 meses alejado de todo y, hoy al fin puedo venir a contarles lo feliz y satisfecho que me siento por haber logrado una de mis más grandes metas en los últimos 3 años; Además, también les hablaré acerca de como HIVE fue un gran apoyo en todo lo que ha sido el camino que me ha llevado a este logro, así que acompáñenme esta publicación que está llena de alegría, emoción, bonitos sentimientos y mucha gratitud con todos ustedes, básicamente una publicación de aliento al crecimiento de este maravilloso espacio familiar.😁😍

En mis publicaciones anteriores, les he contado un poco acerca de mi vida, de mis gustos y de mis pasatiempos, saben que soy médico cirujano y que hace 3 años comencé la especialización en salud ocupacional e higiene del ambiente laboral, para marzo de este año inicio la etapa final de mis estudios, la tan anhelada, esperada y sin duda estresante tesis de grado, ¿Un dolor de cabeza muchas veces no? 😆

Yo quería hacer un estudio realmente importante, no por gloria personal, sino, por el contrario, algo que realmente dejara una verdadera solución a los problemas que como trabajadores de la web nos afectan, quería que esta investigación marcará un precedente, se pudiese publicar en una revista internacional y con ello contribuir a la salud de toda nuestra población trabajadora, además de ser un granito de orgullo en mi país Venezuela, donde hay gente muy bondadosa, cálida, inteligente y dispuesta a dar soluciones a la sociedad.

Cuando comencé a buscar el tema de mi trabajo de grado, lo primero que paso por mi mente fue la pandemia, quizá porque eran aún año 2022, así que quería enfocarme allí; sin embargo, necesitaba conseguir dentro de la esfera laboral un problema que viniese causado por ella y que aunque mi trabajo estaría ejecutado en una empresa, pudiese beneficiar a otros en la misma rama de trabajo. Posteriormente, con mi llegada a #hive, todos ustedes con sus historias me inspiraron a hablar sobre el trabajo remoto, y como ha afectado esa interacción entre trabajar desde casa y atender nuestras vidas propias sus vidas, es decir, como ha sido hacer Teletrabajo y cuál es la mejor forma de realizarlo para evitar enfermedades tanto físicas como psicosociales. Sobretodo tomando en cuenta Como en todas partes del mundo, la cuarentena por pandemia obligo a muchas personas a trabajar desde casa, muchos sin asesoría de como hacerlo, así que enlace ambos problemas y comencé a construir mi investigación para optar por el titulo de especialista.

Tenía muy poco tiempo para poder cumplir con el proyecto que tenía, aproximadamente unos 6 meses, en donde debía interrogar, grabar, hacer diarios de campo, organizar mis ideas y plasmar la realidad de todo lo vivido por los informantes que fueron parte de mi investigación, conversando con mi tutor decidimos hacerlo desde el enfoque cualitativo, para dar un acercamiento más humano y cercano con las personas, específicamente, fenomenológico hermenéutico, y realmente fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar porque el camino aunque fue largo, fue realmente hermoso.

Al comenzar tomé la decisión de alejarme de todas las redes sociales e incluso de mis actividades de hobbies y así poder abocarme por completo a mi investigación, por eso quizá no han sabido nada de mi en estos meses; sin embargo, sé que les alegrará tanto como a mí, saber que pude lograrlo amigos, aprobé mi trabajo espacial de grado, con mención honorífica y mención publicación para una revista científica Argentina, y eso me tiene MUY FELIZ.

Quizá se estarán preguntando la relación entre el título de esta anécdota con lo redactado, y es que aunque no estuviese aquí contento con ese logro sin ustedes, siempre estuvieron conmigo, los grandes amigos que he hecho aquí, y las ganancias que ahorre durante un tiempo pudo ayudarme a cubrir con los gastos de mi tesis, definidamente sin hive y sin ustedes, no hubiese podido lograrlo y costearlo. ¿Les ha pasado algo parecido en Hive?

Entre tantas cosas que aprendí de este proceso está el hecho de no rendirse, y no dejar que nadie corte tus alas, muchas veces me dijeron que mi trabajo no tenía relevancia, que no servía, que no presentara, o que simplemente no me graduara porque eso no generaba dinero en mi país Venezuela.

Muchas veces sentí estrés, dolor, frustración, me juzgue a mi mismo y me pregunte si realmente tenía lo que se debía tener para afrontar algo como lo que quería lograr, esas cosas suceden, esos pensamientos llegan, pero no podemos dejarnos vencer por ellos. @leninernesto fue y sigue siendo un gran apoyo en este tema.

En el camino conocí a un profesor, quien es hoy en día un gran mentor y un gran ejemplo, su nombre es Ariel, me dijo que la confianza en ti mismo es la clave para desarrollar tú sueños, y la constancia es la clave para nunca rendirte, me guio y acompaño entre regaños y tachaduras amarillas en el archivo, pero finalmente se pudo terminar el trabajo, entre él y mi tutora hicimos algo muy bonito que pronto compartiré con ustedes en una aproxima publicación.

Recuerdo que al salir de todo esto, muchos colegas se burlaron de mi, diciéndome que no es una especialidad importante, que perdí mi tiempo y que no vale de nada lo que hice, que lo mejor era ser cirujano plástico para poder tener mucho dinero, y no lo desmiento, pero a mi me interesa aporta más que eso, partiendo de que todos somos trabajadores, no importa donde estemos, no importa que desempeñemos, hasta nuestras madres y padres en casa son trabajadores porque realizan una actividad sin paga. Si hay una gran verdad es que somos nosotros los trabajadores los más vulnerables desde el punto de vista de salud.

Finalmente, les digo, si tienes una meta lucha por ella, no necesita ser importante para otros, necesita ser importante para ti, ten una red de apoyo como la que brinda #hive, crea una comunidad que aun en la distancia te ayude y te fortalezca, ten la convicción de que todo lo puedes lograr y luchas por eso, porque nada es imposible si realmente es lo que tienes en tu corazón.

Hello dear friends at #Hive, I can't tell you how much I have missed you, I have spent almost 6 months away from everything and, today I can finally come to tell you how happy and satisfied I feel for having achieved one of my biggest goals in the last 3 years; In addition, I will also tell you about how HIVE was a great support in everything that has been the path that has led me to this achievement, so join me in this publication that is full of joy, excitement, beautiful feelings and a lot of gratitude with all of you, basically a publication of encouragement to the growth of this wonderful family space. 😁😍

In my previous publications, I have told you a little about my life, my tastes and my hobbies, you know that I am a surgeon doctor and that 3 years ago I started the specialization in occupational health and hygiene of the work environment, by March this year I start the final stage of my studies, the so longed for, expected and certainly stressful degree thesis, A headache many times no? 😆

I wanted to do a really important study, not for personal glory, but, on the contrary, something that really left a real solution to the problems that as web workers affect us, I wanted this research to set a precedent, could be published in an international journal and thus contribute to the health of all our working population, besides being a grain of pride in my country Venezuela, where there are very kind, warm, intelligent and willing to provide solutions to society.

When I started looking for the topic of my graduate work, the first thing that crossed my mind was the pandemic, maybe because it was still the year 2022, so I wanted to focus there; however, I needed to get within the labor sphere a problem that was caused by it and that although my work would be executed in a company, it could benefit others in the same branch of work. Subsequently, with my arrival at #hive, all of you with your stories inspired me to talk about remote work, and how it has affected that interaction between working from home and attending our own lives their lives, that is, how it has been doing Telework and what is the best way to do it to avoid both physical and psychosocial illnesses. Especially taking into account that in all parts of the world, the quarantine pandemic forced many people to work from home, many without advice on how to do it, so I linked both problems and began to build my research to opt for the title of specialist.

I had very little time to fulfill the project I had, approximately 6 months, where I had to question, record, make field diaries, organize my ideas and capture the reality of everything experienced by the informants who were part of my research, talking with my tutor we decided to do it from the qualitative approach, to give a more human and closer approach with people, specifically, hermeneutic phenomenological, and it was really the best decision I could make because the road although it was long, it was really beautiful.

At the beginning I made the decision to stay away from all social networks and even from my hobby activities so I could focus completely on my research, so maybe that is why you have not heard anything from me in these months; however, I know you will be as happy as I am to know that I could make it friends, I passed my graduate space work, with honorable mention and mention publication for an Argentine scientific journal, and that makes me VERY HAPPY.

Perhaps you are wondering the relationship between the title of this anecdote with what I have written, and is that although I would not be here happy with this achievement without you, you were always with me, the great friends I have made here, and the earnings I saved for a while could help me cover the costs of my thesis, definitely without hive and without you, I could not have done it and afford it. Has something similar happened to you in Hive?

Among so many things I learned from this process is the fact of not giving up, and not letting anyone cut your wings, many times I was told that my work had no relevance, that it was useless, that I should not present, or simply that I should not graduate because it did not generate money in my country Venezuela.

Many times I felt stress, pain, frustration, I judged myself and wondered if I really had what it takes to face something like what I wanted to achieve, those things happen, those thoughts come, but we can not be defeated by them. @leninernesto was and continues to be a great support on this issue.

On the way I met a teacher, who is today a great mentor and a great example, his name is Ariel, he told me that self-confidence is the key to develop your dreams, and perseverance is the key to never give up, he guided me and accompanied me between scoldings and yellow crosses in the file, but finally I could finish the work, between him and my tutor we did something very nice that soon I will share with you in a forthcoming publication.

I remember that when I came out of all this, many colleagues made fun of me, telling me that it is not an important specialty, that I wasted my time and that what I did was worthless, that the best thing was to be a plastic surgeon in order to have a lot of money, and I do not deny it, but I am interested in contributing more than that, starting from the fact that we are all workers, no matter where we are, no matter what we do, even our mothers and fathers at home are workers because they perform an unpaid activity. If there is a great truth, it is that we workers are the most vulnerable from the health point of view.

Finally, I say to you, if you have a goal, fight for it, it doesn't need to be important for others, it needs to be important for you, have a support network like the one #hive provides, create a community that even in the distance will help you and strengthen you, have the conviction that you can achieve anything and fight for it, because nothing is impossible if it really is what you have in your heart.
