Oh my. You just made it easier to better understand why I am the way I am. I can totally relate to this, but it is getting to the point of breaking me, it keeps getting worse and worse everyday and gradually, because an issue to solve.
Well, overthinking is what I result to most times. Yeah, I have conversations in my head, but then, I won’t recommend. I think writing is the most therapeutic thing to do in a moment like that, but it might still be hard to express oneself sometimes.
