I'm not sure, does Fiver allow you to accept Lightning or any other crypto payments? You certainly can ask for people to pay you with Lightning and receive Hive. If you have a website I can help you set this up and if you tell someone your lightning address is rocksg@v4v.app that will come to you as Hive.
