Casualidades de la vida, al estilo Lotito | Presentación en Hive | [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a mi espacio, mi nombre es Wara Lotito, soy boliviana y estoy muy emocionada de conocer esta nueva plataforma.

Antes de empezar a publicar quisiera que conozcan un poco más de mí y así poder conectar con cada uno de ustedes. Yo soy ingeniera comercial apasionada por el marketing digital, la educación en emprendimiento y los voluntariados.

Algo curioso que quisiera contarles es que estas áreas que me encantan, aparecieron quizá de casualidad, ya que a medida que estaba en la etapa universitaria, fueron presentándose una a una, algo así como luces en mi camino (referencia a la película de Valiente de Disney y las bolas de luz). Esta historia me parece tan interesante de contar porque de no haber seguido este rumbo, quizá no me encontraría aquí con ustedes.

De manera corta les cuento que esto me pasó por un primer paso que di, al preguntar y pedir apoyo a una docente mía de la universidad, si bien era súper tímida, me animé a hacerlo y la verdad estoy muy feliz por haberlo hecho. Esta simple pregunta me permitió trabajar en una institución pública de la cual aprendí bastante y me divertí un montón, aquí conocí a grandes personas que también me llevaron por un camino interesante, que son los voluntariados y el emprendimiento.

Siempre repetía y aún lo sigo haciendo, que los voluntariados te cambian la vida, no solo porque aprendes bastantes cosas o porque vives lindas experiencias sino también conoces a gente extraordinaria con la que conectas de tal manera que se siente en el aire, algo único e impresionante.

También esta etapa me ayudó a por ejemplo obligarme a salir de mi zona de confort cada vez más, porque antes me aterraba hablar con otras personas y peor hablar en público, pero gracias a los eventos y actividades que organizaba esto fue disminuyendo.

Ahí fue también que descubrí mi gusto por el emprendimiento y el querer apoyar a los jóvenes y mujeres con sus propias ideas, me gustó no solo enseñar sino también estar en ese proceso de creación y ejecución, hasta ser por ejemplo consejera de alguno de ellos.

Por otro lado, en ese proceso también me interesó mucho el marketing digital, crear artes para redes sociales, redactar post, en fin, todo lo relacionado a marketing, ahí por ejemplo fue que conocí a una comunidad web3 y ese fue mi primer acercamiento con la web3, pero también a una charla online que asistí donde obtuve mi primer POAP (en otro post les contaré mi afición por coleccionarlos y el significado que tienen para mí), es muy lindo como se fue uniendo todo.

De ahí ya me encontraba trabajando en una comunidad web3 de marketing, de la cual también aprendí bastantes cosas como la construcción y la administración de comunidades, otro tema que me gustó mucho aprender más.

Por otro lado, gracias a la colección de POAPs conocí a un grupo muy interesante de coleccionistas de los cuales me enorgullece decir que son mis amigos, pero también me abrió bastantes puertas para conocer a bastantes comunidades no solo de LATAM sino fuera de ésta.

Pero que más me ofreció esta comunidad, el tener la posibilidad de estudiar todo lo relacionado a criptomonedas, por ejemplo, o blockchain y más de la web3 de forma gratuita y con los mejores profesores, lo que me abrió otras puertas para conocer una nueva afición, el de redactar artículos educativos.

Como ven cada acontecimiento que pase fue único e importante lo que me permitió llegar al ahora, por ejemplo, estos últimos días estuve súper ocupada porque estaba participando de un reto a nivel global para la creación de contenido educativo, por eso también me disculpo en no haber subido antes mi presentación (Eli esto es para ti).

Espero que les haya parecido interesante mi historia, quizá varios en X no conocen todo esto, pero de a poquito iré compartiéndola, ustedes tienen la primicia. Pero aquí les dejo una pequeña reflexión que me surgió mientras escribía esto, si tienes miedo de hacer algo, no lo pienses tanto porque puede ser tu siguiente paso al éxito, te animo a hacer aquello que estas retrasando o en lo que no te sientas 100% capaz, porque si no lo intentas no aprenderás y no podrás hacerlo mejor la siguiente.

Hoy estoy inspirada la verdad, y con una buena musiquita que me acompaña, las cosas fueron fluyendo por si solas, yo solamente moviendo los dedos.

Antes de olvidarme, como pudieron notar desarrollé un gusto especial por la redacción, es por eso que estoy aquí y también para ver cómo funciona esta plataforma, la curiosidad hizo que le dijera a @elizabeths14 para una cuenta en Hive y nuevamente le agradezco por hacerlo posible, además que estoy tomando las clases de Hive desde cero con @soy-laloreto y todos los profes que trajeron para enseñarnos y darnos algunos tips. Gracias por tener el tiempo, la paciencia y la predisposición para hacerlo.

Me extendí bastante, pero todo esto salió del corazón, aunque suene un poco cliché, presiento que cosas geniales saldrán de esta oportunidad.

Si me leíste hasta aquí, en serio gracias por tu tiempo y por el interés que pusiste en mi historia, espero que conectemos y podamos generar una amistad, un proyecto, una charla o lo que te haya generado mi post.

Life's coincidences, Lotito style

Hello everyone and welcome to my space, my name is Wara Lotito, I am Bolivian and I am very excited to meet this new platform.

Before I start posting I would like you to know a little more about me so I can connect with each of you. I am a commercial engineer passionate about digital marketing, entrepreneurship education and volunteering.

Something curious that I would like to tell you is that these areas that I love, appeared perhaps by chance, because as I was in the university stage, they were presented one by one, something like lights on my way (reference to the Disney movie Brave and the balls of light). I find this story so interesting to tell because if I had not followed this path, perhaps I would not be here with you.

In a short way I tell you that this happened to me because of a first step I took, asking for support to a teacher of mine at the university, although I was super shy, I dared to do it and the truth is that I am very happy for having done it. This simple question allowed me to work in a public institution from which I learned a lot and I had a lot of fun, here I met great people who also led me down an interesting path, which are volunteering and entrepreneurship.

I always repeated and still do, that volunteering changes your life, not only because you learn a lot of things or because you live beautiful experiences but also because you meet extraordinary people with whom you connect in such a way that you feel in the air, something unique and impressive.

This stage also helped me, for example, to force myself to get out of my comfort zone more and more, because before I was terrified to talk to other people and worse to speak in public, but thanks to the events and activities that I organized this was diminishing.

It was also there that I discovered my love for entrepreneurship and wanting to support young people and women with their own ideas, I liked not only to teach but also to be in the process of creation and execution, even being an advisor to some of them.

On the other hand, in that process I was also very interested in digital marketing, creating art for social networks, writing posts, in short, everything related to marketing, there for example was that I met a web3 community and that was my first approach to web3, but also to an online talk I attended where I got my first POAP (in another post I will tell you my hobby for collecting them and the meaning they have for me), it is very nice how it all came together.

From there I was already working in a web3 marketing community, from which I also learned a lot of things like community building and management, another topic that I really liked to learn.

On the other hand, thanks to the POAPs collection I met a very interesting group of collectors of which I am proud to say that they are my friends, but it also opened many doors for me to meet many communities not only in LATAM but also outside of it.

But what else this community offered me, the possibility to study everything related to cryptocurrencies, for example, or blockchain and more of the web3 for free and with the best teachers, which opened other doors to meet a new hobby, writing educational articles.

As you can see every event that happened was unique and important which allowed me to get to now, for example, these last few days I was super busy because I was participating in a global challenge for the creation of educational content, so I also apologize for not having uploaded my presentation before (Eli this is for you).

I hope you found my story interesting, maybe some people in X don't know all this, but I will share it little by little, you have the scoop. But here is a little reflection that came to me while I was writing this, if you are afraid to do something, do not think so much because it can be your next step to success, I encourage you to do what you are delaying or what you do not feel 100% capable, because if you do not try you will not learn and you cannot do it better the next time.

Today I am really inspired, and with a good music that accompanies me, things were flowing by themselves, I was just moving my fingers.

Before I forget, as you could notice I developed a special taste for writing, that's why I'm here and also to see how this platform works, curiosity made me tell @elizabeths14 for a Hive account and again I thank her for making it possible, besides I'm taking Hive classes from scratch with @soy-laloreto and all the teachers they brought to teach us and give us some tips. Thanks for having the time, patience and predisposition to do it.

I wrote a lot, but all this came from the heart, although it sounds a bit cliché, I have a feeling that great things will come out of this opportunity.
