I was wondering what the claim account button was. When I was first trying to setup an account on PeakD it said they where out of creator tokens and I ended up finding Ecency that works.

that is for free accounts on the sign up page this is for account creation when you have more than 5K HP and you can make them from your wallet using your RCs
