Esta figura se realiza desde un agarre de un tobillo en una sola tela, lo cual no les mentiré fue un poco doloroso la primera vez que lo intenté, pero luego me percaté de que si distribuía la energía entre la pierna y las manos, empujando la tela libre hacia adelante, era menos doloroso para el pie.
