Hola a todos mi nombre es Carla Álvarez y soy psicóloga egresada de la Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, ubicada en Maracay, Venezuela📍🇻🇪. Hello everyone, my name is Carla Álvarez and I am a psychologist graduated from the Bicentennial University of Aragua, located in Maracay, Venezuela📍🇻🇪. If my face seems familiar to you, it's probably because of my sports🚲 content or any other adventure or that I've shared on this beautiful platform that I've been part of since 2021 as Carlitazulay. If, on the other hand, you are reading this from the world of the Internet, you are welcome anyway❣️.

Hoy después de dar mi primera consulta como psicólogo profesional me sentí especialmente motivada a crear esta introducción*; ya que va de la mano con mis objetivos personales y profesionales. Los cuales son ser un agente de cambio positivo, seguir aprendiendo de la psicología y enseñar tema de interés común, dar charlas Psicoeducativas📣 bien sea presencial o mediante contenido multimedia (vídeos), ayudar a las personas y acompañarlas en sus procesos personales dándoles las herramientas adecuadas y haciendo las intervenciones oportunas📝 en caso de presentarse alguna psicopatología, y bueno pare de contar las cosas que deseo desempeñar en mi vida profesional y personal.

Today after giving my first consultation as a professional psychologist I felt especially motivated to create this introduction*; since it goes hand in hand with my personal and professional goals. Which are being an agent of positive change, continuing to learn about psychology and teaching topics of common interest, giving Psychoeducational talks📣 either in person or through multimedia content (videos), helping people and accompanying them in their personal processes by giving them the appropriate tools and making the appropriate interventions📝 in case of any psychopathology, and well stop telling the things that I want to do in my professional and personal life.

La verdad es que hay mucha emoción en mi por comenzar en este nuevo camino, partiendo de que estoy ofreciendo mis servicios psicólogicos📖 para las personas interesadas de la comunidad, ya que acepto HBD y Hive para así facilitar el proceso de intercambio y conexión a nivel nacional e internacional, también favoreciendo a nuestro maravilloso ecosistema.

Ya que hay mucha necesidad de atención psicológica a nivel social y se que a veces el tema monetario puede ser un impedimento por lo que yo vengo a hacer una revolución aquí o al menos eso espero😊.

Currently I am studying a diploma in the teaching component📚 at the Maracay pedagogical school, better known by its acronym as UPEL, and really the interaction here on Hive and on other platforms would be of great help and support for my projects. of integral growth and I also hope to give it back in some activities that I will do later here.💭

The truth is that there is a lot of excitement in me to start on this new path, starting from the fact that I am offering my psychological services📖 for interested people in the community, since I accept HBD and Hive in order to facilitate the exchange process and connection at a national and international level, also favoring our wonderful ecosystem. Since there is a great need for psychological attention at a social level and I know that sometimes the monetary issue can be an impediment, so I come to make a revolution here or at least I hope so😊.

El camino no ha sido nada fácil pero nunca me rendí, siempre aprendí a descansar y para seguir adelante, aquí y en cualquier lugar me reconozco como un ser humano, puedo comer errores y eso es inherente a nuestro ser, por eso como psicólogo sé que siempre debemos estar en constante revisión y aprendizaje de nuestros propios procesos para poder ayudar y dar lo mejor de nosotros en nuestros consultorios, hogares y lugares donde hagamos vida... Y es algo que también quiero compartir en esta comunidad.

Espero que mi nuevo contenido sea de utilidad para ustedes, siempre voy a estar interactuando y respondiendo los comentarios, por si quieren que hable de un tema en específico o si tienen dudas ya que es parte de la finalidad de @psienestar.

I have many projects in mind that I hope to be able to develop at your side and with your support, I have a lot to give.

The road has not been easy at all but I never gave up, I always learned to rest and to move forward, here and anywhere I recognize myself as a human being, I can make mistakes and that is inherent to our being, that is why as a psychologist I know that We must always be constantly reviewing and learning our own processes to be able to help and give the best of ourselves in our offices, homes and places where we live... And it is something that I also want to share in this community.
