Saludos a mis queridos amigos de la Comunidad Aliento, les deseo un feliz 2026. Siempre agradezco la labor que se realiza aquí y los textos que se comparten, porque nos ayudan a crecer en la Blockchain y también en lo personal. Nos enseñan a dar pasos hacia nuestros sueños y, al mismo tiempo, a acompañar a otros en los suyos.
Hace poco me detuve a reflexionar sobre la comunidad y sobre los sueños. Pensaba en cómo, desde el mundo occidental, nos cuesta más comprender algunas ideas del Budismo, como la de abolir el deseo o disolver el ego. Y no se trata de que nos falte espiritualidad, ni que no pensemos en la trascendencia o en lo que viene después de este viaje que solemos llamar vida. Lo que ocurre es que nos resulta difícil imaginar un trayecto sin aspiraciones, sin metas, sin un propósito que nos guíe.
Quienes leemos Aliento lo hacemos con la intención de aprender a crear contenidos atractivos y útiles. Queremos que lo que escribimos sirva para contribuir, aunque sea modestamente, al crecimiento de otros, tanto del mundo occidental como del oriental. Y ahí surge la intuición de que en esos postulados budistas debe de haber algo más profundo. Nos mueve la inquietud de comprender primero y luego intentar compaginar nuestras nociones con lo que podamos descubrir en esa exploración espiritual e intelectual.
Yo suelo pensar que no sólo de pan vive el hombre, pero también de pan. Por eso valoro tanto mi descubrimiento de Hive y mi aprendizaje a través del proyecto @aliento. Porque me permite asegurar el pan material y, al mismo tiempo, desde mis posibilidades y saberes, aportar al crecimiento comunitario.
Cuando uno se detiene a pensar, se da cuenta de que no se trata de vivir sin sueños. Sería más bien aprender a que esos sueños no nos dominen ni sean cadenas que nos arrastren a la frustración. Creo que del mundo occidental, tan marcado por la competencia y la búsqueda de éxito, rs que nos nace la tendencia a interpretar la renuncia al deseo como si se tratase de una renuncia a la vida. Pero en realidad lo que he pensado que propone el Budismo es el justo equilibrio. Vivir con propósito, claro que sí, pero sin obsesionarnos de tal forma que sacrifiquemos nuestra paz interior.
En ese sentido, Aliento y Hive son espacios maravillosos para aprender a soñar, a crear, a compartir, siempre desde nuestra humildad. He notado que nuestros aportes, por pequeños que sean, pueden contribuir al crecimiento de alguien más.
Cada post que escribimos no es sólo para acumular recompensas y menos por una cuestión de ego. Lo hacemos, pienso, que porque creemos que hay valor en las palabras, en las experiencias, en la reflexión que puede entrar en sintonía con la vida de otro. Y yo lo asumo con el hallazgo de la verdadera trascendencia. Tal vez ese sea el punto de encuentro entre dos visiones, la del sueño occidental de crecimiento y el ideal oriental del desapego.
Hive y en este caso Aliento me hace creer que la construcción comunitaria también es un camino espiritual, dado que no sólo aprendemos a manejar herramientas digitales, también aprendemos a crecer como seres humanos. Y cada interacción, cada comentario, cada apoyo recibido o brindado, es una oportunidad para practicar tanto la empatía como la solidaridad y la paciencia. En ese ejercicio descubrimos que los sueños no tienen por qué ser egoístas. Pueden ser compartidos y convertirse en proyectos colectivos.
Tal vez la respuesta esté ahí. No es cuestión de abolir los sueños, sino de transformar su naturaleza. Pasar de sueños centrados en el “yo” a sueños que incluyen al “nosotros”. Pasar de aspiraciones que buscan únicamente la satisfacción personal a aspiraciones que se convierten en motivadores del bienestar común. Y de alguna manera me llega la luz de que en ese tránsito el ego se disuelve de forma natural, porque dejamos de ser protagonistas únicos y nos reconocemos como parte de un conjunto más amplio y más humano.
Por eso, cuando pienso en mi recorrido en Hive y en Aliento, siento que vivo esa doble dimensión que es el pan material que nos sostiene y el pan espiritual que nos alimenta en lo que trasciende. Ambos son necesarios, estarán de acuerdo conmigo amigos. El equilibrio entre lo tangible y lo intangible, entre lo personal y lo comunitario, entre el sueño y el desapego, es lo que nos permite avanzar serenamente.
Cada reflexión que compartimos es un paso más en ese viaje. Un viaje que no busca negar los sueños, sino purificarlos. Que no busca abolir el deseo, sino transformarlo en voluntad de servicio. Que no busca disolver el ego en la nada, sino unirlo a una conciencia más amplia. Y en ese camino, Aliento se convierte en luminaria que nos guía y acompaña. Pienso que nos une no sólo la Blockchain ni las recompensas sino la convicción de que juntos podemos crecer, aprender y soñar, con confianza y unidos.

"Aliento, Shared Dreams and the Path that Unites Us in Hive"
Greetings to my dear friends from the Aliento Community, and I wish you a happy 2026. I am always grateful for the work carried out here and for the texts that are shared, because they help us grow not only within the Blockchain but also on a personal level. They teach us to take steps toward our dreams and, at the same time, to walk alongside others in theirs.
Not long ago I paused to reflect on the community and on dreams. I was thinking about how, from a Western perspective, it is harder for us to understand certain ideas in Buddhism, such as abolishing desire or dissolving the ego. It’s not that we lack spirituality, nor that we don’t think about transcendence or what comes after this journey we call life. What happens is that it’s difficult for us to imagine a path without aspirations, without goals, without a guiding purpose.
Those of us who read Aliento do so with the intention of learning how to create content that is both engaging and useful. We want what we write to contribute, even modestly, to the growth of others, whether in the Western world or the Eastern one. And that’s where the intuition arises that in those Buddhist teachings there must be something deeper. We are driven by the urge to first understand and then try to align our own notions with what we may discover in that spiritual and intellectual exploration.
I often think that man does not live by bread alone, but also by bread. That’s why I value so much my discovery of Hive and my learning through the @aliento project. Because it allows me to secure material bread and, at the same time, from my own abilities and knowledge, contribute to community growth.
When one stops to think, it becomes clear that life is not about living without dreams. It’s more about learning not to let those dreams dominate us or become chains that drag us into frustration. I believe that in the Western world, so marked by competition and the pursuit of success, we tend to interpret renouncing desire as renouncing life itself. But in reality, what Buddhism proposes is balance. To live with purpose, of course, but without obsessing to the point of sacrificing our inner peace.
In that sense, Aliento and Hive are wonderful spaces to learn to dream, to create, to share — always from humility. I’ve noticed that our contributions, however small, can help someone else grow.
Each post we write is not just to accumulate rewards, nor merely to feed the ego. We do it, I believe, because we are convinced that there is value in words, in experiences, in reflections that can resonate with another person’s life. And I take that as the discovery of true transcendence. Perhaps that is the meeting point between two visions: the Western dream of growth and the Eastern ideal of detachment.
Hive, and in this case Aliento, makes me believe that community building is also a spiritual path. Because we don’t just learn to handle digital tools, we also learn to grow as human beings. And each interaction, each comment, each support received or given, is an opportunity to practice empathy, solidarity, and patience. In that exercise we discover that dreams don’t have to be selfish. They can be shared and become collective projects.
Maybe the answer lies there. It’s not about abolishing dreams, but about transforming their nature. Moving from dreams centered on the “I” to dreams that include the “we.” Moving from aspirations that seek only personal satisfaction to aspirations that become drivers of collective well-being. And somehow I feel the light that in that transition the ego dissolves naturally, because we stop being the sole protagonists and recognize ourselves as part of a broader, more human whole.
That’s why, when I think about my journey in Hive and in Aliento, I feel that I live that double dimension: the material bread that sustains us and the spiritual bread that nourishes us in what transcends. Both are necessary — I’m sure you’ll agree with me, friends. The balance between the tangible and the intangible, between the personal and the communal, between dreaming and detachment, is what allows us to move forward serenely.
Each reflection we share is another step in that journey. A journey that does not seek to deny dreams, but to purify them. That does not seek to abolish desire, but to transform it into a will to serve. That does not seek to dissolve the ego into nothingness, but to unite it with a broader consciousness. And along that path, Aliento becomes a beacon that guides and accompanies us. I believe that what unites us is not only the Blockchain or the rewards, but the conviction that together we can grow, learn, and dream — with confidence and in unity.
