Un gran saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive, mi nombre es Maria Pernalete, me encuentro aquí ante ustedes, en esa etapa de vida que replantea no solo lo emocional, sino cada aspecto que compone quienes somos. Me encantan las comunidades, compartir información, aprender y conocer, por ende, considero esta plataforma como una puerta para abrir mundos de posibilidades, donde los espacios son infinitos y la creatividad siempre será un punto de inflexión para mostrar nuestra mejor versión.

Sin embargo antes de profundizar motivaciones, quisiera contarles un poco de mi historia, provengo de un origen humilde, un pueblito llamado Carora en Venezuela, cuya infancia se desarrolló entre animales, trepar arboles, pies descalzos, cometas y dibujar en paredes historias llenas de imaginación.

El arte era una pasión, no obstante, por presión social comienzo a estudiar electrónica, siendo la carrera que garantizaría un buen ingreso económico, (o eso era lo que me decía) graduándome y mudando a la capital.

Aunque disfrutaba el trabajo, un día cualquiera, muy entrada la madrugada en un trailer en medio de una sub estación eléctrica remota, despierto con una angustia fuera de lugar; lloraba sin parar, entendí que estaba presentando la primera crisis existencial, lo único que salía de mis pensamientos era "necesito pintar, debes hacer arte, este no es tu lugar, tienes que moverte" un pulso como un latido, que se repetía a cada momento sin parar, una y otra vez.
Comprendí que no iba a detenerse, y en una decisión radical dejé todo, regresé a mi hogar y me dispuse a estudiar artes plásticas, debía buscar mi porqué de estar aquí.

Comienza así, un periodo feliz, conocí personas maravillosas y ha pesar de coincidir con uno de los momentos mas difíciles de mi nación, el enfoque de un sueño posible y culminar la carrera me motivaba cada día a seguir.

Durante el proceso estudiantil pase por transformaciones en la manera de ver el arte, iniciando en lo académico:

hasta una comprensión interpretativa del interior. (Esta obra fue resultado de una crisis económica producto del agravamiento de todas las instituciones nacionales, afectando emocionalmente, catarsis en ese momento que sin duda me salvó la vida.)

En este transitar encuentro diversos pasiones y maneras de generar ingreso, una de ellas es la enseñanza, entendí que conectar desde el arte y dejar un aporte a cada individuo, no tiene precio. Aprendí mucho de mis alumnos y siempre les estaré agradecida.

Otra forma fue haciendo murales y caricaturas, sentía que cualquier expresión era permitida siempre y cuando se generara en el arte. En este punto les puedo decir con certeza que si deciden en sus vidas elegir lo que haga feliz su alma, crecerán e incluso con altas y bajas, valdrá la pena.

Hasta este punto mi entorno era una comunidad en si, donde compañeros, amigos y casi hermanos de vida nos apoyábamos mutuamente, sin ellos, mi familia y la ayuda de profesores no hubiese logrado la culminación de la licenciatura.
Entre esas personas destaca @tsunsica una persona multifacética que siempre esta buscando formas de crecimiento, ella me plantea la web 3.0 de Hive invitándome a expandir mis posibilidades intelectuales y profesionales, lo cual agradezco.

Espero me acompañen en este camino que sin duda traerá otras iniciativas, esperando aportar desde mis experiencias, pero sobre todo aprender de ustedes, estaré mostrando no solo arte, sino opiniones, fotografías, historias, pensamientos, momentos, además de tips respecto a procesos emocionales y el transitar de un inmigrante. Gracias por leer y cualquier información que quieran saber o preguntar estamos para servirles, tengan un maravilloso día y nunca se les olvide la moraleja de todo este escrito "siempre valdrá la pena", así que no lo pienses tanto e inténtalo, escucha el impulso de tu corazón, nunca se equivoca, el futuro promete.

The future promises. Growing with Hive.

A big greeting to the entire Hive community, my name is Maria Pernalete, I am here before you, in that stage of life that rethinks not only the emotional, but every aspect that makes up who I am. I love communities, sharing, information, learning and getting to know, therefore, I consider that this platform is a door to open a world of possibilities where spaces are infinite and creativity will always be a turning point to show our best version.

However, before going deeper into reasons, I would like to tell you a little of my history, I come from a humble origin, a small town called Carora in Venezuela, whose childhood was developed among animals, climbing trees, bare feet, kites, and drawing stories on walls from the imagination.

---

Art was my passion, however, due to social pressure I began to study electronics, being the career that would guarantee a good economic income, (or so I was told) graduating and moving to the capital.

Although I enjoyed the work, one day, very late in the morning in a trailer in the middle of a remote electrical sub station, I woke up with an anguish out of place; I was crying non-stop, I understood that I was presenting the first existential crisis, the only thing that came out of my thoughts at that moment was "I need to paint, you must make art, this is not your place, you have to move" a pulse like a heartbeat, which was repeated at every moment without stopping, over and over again.
I understood that it was not going to stop, and in a radical decision I left everything, I returned home and I decided to study plastic arts, I had to find my reason for being here.

Thus began a happy period, I met wonderful people and despite coinciding with one of the most difficult moments of my nation, the focus of a possible dream and finish the race motivated me every day to continue.

During the student process I went through transformations in the way of seeing art, starting in the academic field:

to an interpretative understanding of the interior. This work was the result of an economic crisis resulting from the worsening of all national institutions, affecting me emotionally, a catharsis at the time that undoubtedly saved my life.

In this journey I find other passions and ways to generate income, one of them is teaching, I understood that connecting from art and leaving a contribution to each individual that you provide knowledge, is priceless. I learned a lot from my students and I will always be grateful to them.

Another way was by doing murals and caricatures, I felt that any expression was allowed as long as it was generated from art. At this point I can tell you with certainty that if you decide in your life to choose what makes your soul happy, you will grow and even with ups and downs, it will be worth it.

Up to this point my environment was a community in itself, where colleagues, friends and almost brothers in life we supported each other, without them, my family and the help of teachers I would not have achieved the completion of the degree.
Among these people stands out @tsunsica a multifaceted person who is always looking for ways to grow, she proposes the web 3.0 of Hive inviting me to expand my intellectual and professional possibilities, which I appreciate.

I hope you join me on this path that will undoubtedly bring other initiatives, hoping to contribute from my experiences, but above all learn from you, I will be showing not only art, but opinions, photographs, stories, thoughts, moments, as well as tips regarding emotional processes and the transition of an immigrant.
