Mi vida para Hive (Esp-Eng)

I met Hive, through my friend who always supports me @thaismarags, she described me this platform and guided me to register. Also my friend @germanandradeg and Mr. @eddiespino from the aliento community helped me to access the platform through my cell phone and create this presentation.

Mi expectativas con Hive es que mis publicaciones puedan ayudar a otras personas desde lo mas básico o cotidiano de nuestro diario vivir, como son la crianza de los hijos y temas de cocina, entre otros. Esta iniciativa también me ayudará a mejorar mi parte económica y a aumentar mis conocimientos en cuanto a esta tecnología.

My expectations with Hive is that my publications can help other people from the most basic or everyday of our daily lives, such as parenting and cooking issues, among others. This initiative will also help me to improve my finances and increase my knowledge of this technology.

Soy la mayor de tres hermanos,mi madre fallecida nos enseño el amor por la familia, y muchos valores le agradezco sus enseñanzas, estudie técnico superior de Seguros,pronto a culminar la licenciatura en Administración de Recursos Materiales Y Financiero.

I am the oldest of three siblings, my late mother taught us the love for the family, and many values, I thank her for her teachings, I studied Insurance Superior Technician, soon to finish the degree in Administration of Material and Financial Resources.

Tengo 50 años de edad,vivo en Caracas, Venezuela,me case con Jorge Martinez,tengo 17 años de casados, dos hijos extraordinarios, la mayor se llama Yarecni Adriana Martinez Alvarez estudia 5to año de bachillerato, y mi hijo menor se llama Jorge Isaac Martinez Alvarez.

I am 50 years old, I live in Caracas, Venezuela, I married Jorge Martinez, I have been married for 17 years, two extraordinary children, the oldest is called Yarecni Adriana Martinez Alvarez studying 5th year of high school, and my youngest son is called Jorge Isaac Martinez Alvarez,

Me encanta la playa, ver películas como la Cabana, oír música de todo tipo con mi familia, ya que aprovechamos y bailamos, hacemos kareoke. Tambien me encanta los golfeados que hace mi esposo, el esta haciendo un curso de reposteria y panaderia. Me gusta también leer aunque lo he abandonado un poco, estoy en constante aprendizaje ahorita culmine un cursos de finanzas personales, y uno de resilencia personal dictado a través de la iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los últimos días. Estoy haciendo un curso de Radiodifusión en una escuela de trabajo de nombre Prudencio Diez, con la aspiración de mejorar la realización de audios y vídeos.

I love the beach, watching movies like the Cabana, listening to all kinds of music with my family, since we take advantage and dance, we do kareoke. I also love the sweets that my husband makes, he is doing a pastry and bakery course. I also like to read although I have abandoned it a little, I am in constant learning, right now I finished a course of personal finance, and one of personal resilience dictated through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am taking a course in Radio Broadcasting in a school of work named Prudencio Diez, with the aspiration to improve the realization of audios and videos.

Para mi el país mas bello es Venezuela por su geografía, espero tener la oportunidad de conocer hasta el ultimo de su rincón,incluso intente incursionar con full days en el mundo de turismo, pero en eso decretaron la pandemia.

For me, the most beautiful country is Venezuela because of its geography, I hope to have the opportunity to know every last one of its corner, I even tried to enter the world of tourism with full days, but in that they decreed the pandemic.

Actualmente me desempeño como asesor inmobiliario gracias a un amigo, que me dio la oportunidad en su oficina, paralelamente soy asesor de seguros,quisiera crecer en estas áreas.

Currently I work as a real estate advisor thanks to a friend, who gave me the opportunity in his office, at the same time I am an insurance advisor, I would like to grow in these areas.

Mi experiencia como corredor inmobiliario ha sido fortalecedora, ya que he realizado publicidad, pegado anuncios y he tenido que desplazarme a otros estado como Miranda a captar inmuebles.Estoy realizando talleres de venta de inmueble, (posteriormente publicare acerca del tema).

My experience as a real estate broker has been strengthening, since I have made publicity, posted announcements and I have had to travel to other states such as Miranda to capture real estate. I am conducting real estate sales workshops, (later I will publish about the subject)
