El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una secuencia, que a pesar que formalmente no tiene un nombre, mis maestros y yo decidimos apodarla como "Attack" por la fuerza y rapidez que requiere para poder hacerla completa. Una secuencia elegante que hace brillar las cualidades físicas de quien la realice. ¡Espero la disfruten!
Today I want to share with you a sequence, that despite the fact that it doesn't formally has a name, my teachers and I decided to call it "Attack" for the speed and strength that requires to be able to completely perform it. An elegant sequence that helps shine the physical qualities of the person performing it. I hope you enjoy it!
