No sé si esto te ha pasado a ti o alguien que conoces, pero siento que cuando uno se enferma el cabello y las uñas se deshidratan de una manera increíble. En mi caso, estuve algunas semanitas enferma, y casi sin darme cuenta ya tenía mi cabello en destrucción 😂

I don't know if this has happened to you or anyone you know, but I feel like when you get sick your hair and nails get incredibly dehydrated. In my case, I was sick for a few weeks, and before I knew it my hair was destroyed 😂

No me había dado cuenta hasta que me tocó lavarlo. Lo hice como lo hago siempre, pero cuando se secó parecía otro cabello que no es el mío. Se veía y sentía reseco como una lija, casi sin brillo y tenía mucho frizz sobre todo en la parte frontal de la cabeza.

Comúnmente mi cabello luce brilloso y es suave debido al cuidado que por un buen tiempo le he dado con baños de crema, pero ese día estaba muy distinto. Ahí me di cuenta de que seguro por la fiebre y los días en cama, y aunque había tomado mucha agua y té esos días, se había deshidratado y hacía falta algo más para devolverle la vida.

I didn't realize it until I had to wash it. I did it like I always do. But when it dried it looked like other hair than mine. It looked and felt parched like sandpaper, almost dull and had a lot of frizz especially in the front of my head

Usually my hair looks shiny and soft due to the care I have been giving it for a long time with cream baths, but that day it was very different. Then I realized that surely because of the fever and the days in bed, and even though I had drunk a lot of water and tea those days, it had become dehydrated and something else was needed to bring it back to life.

Empecé a buscar en mis cositas para el cabello y encontré, gracias a Dios, un sobrecito de NutriBela Reparación Intensiva que había comprado hace un tiempo, pues quisiera probarlos todos a ver cuál le cae mejor a mi cabello.

Ya la otra vez había probado (y les hablé) el de células madre, que es espectacular y resultó muy bueno para mí cabellito. Ahora tocaba el turno de este que, aunque cuando lo compré no sentía que lo necesitaba, me cayó como anillo al dedo, pues es justo lo que mi cabello me estaba pidiendo a gritos: una reparación profunda.

I started looking through my hair stuff and found, thank God, a small packet of NutriBela Deep Repair that I had bought some time ago, because I would like to try them all to see which one works best for my hair.

The other time I had already tried (and told you about) the stem cells one, which is spectacular and was very good for my hair. Now it was the turn of this one that, although when I bought it I didn't feel I needed it, it was just what my hair was crying out for: a deep repair.

Esta vez decidí usarlo mezclado, es decir, utilicé todo el sobre de NutriBela y lo reforzé con mi baño de crema de murumuru.

Te puedo recomendar mezclar o combinar un poco de tus baños de crema, si lo deseas, cuando sientas que tu pelo necesita mucha hidratación, porque así el resultado será mayor y el efecto te durará un poco más.

This time I decided to use it mixed, that is, I used the whole sachet of NutriBela and reinforced it with my murumuru cream bath.

I can recommend mixing or combining a little of your cream baths, if you wish, when you feel that your hair needs a lot of hydration, because this way the result will be greater and the effect will last a little longer.

¿Cómo lo hice?

🌼 En un envasito eché todo el sobre de NutriBela y unas dos cucharaditas de mi baño de crema de murumuru. Uni bien las dos cremas usando una cucharita.

🌼 Luego lo apliqué con suaves masajes hacia abajo mechón por mechón, sin estrujar el pelo. Esto lo hice hasta que sentí que el cabello estaba bien húmedo de producto.

🌼 Lo dejé actuar toda la noche y a la mañana siguiente lo retiré.

How did I do it?

🌼 I poured the entire sachet of NutriBela and about two teaspoons of my murumuru cream bath into a small container. I joined the two creams well using a teaspoon.

🌼 I then applied it by gently massaging downward strand by strand, without scrunching the hair. I did this until I felt the hair was well moist with product.

🌼 I left it on overnight and the next morning I removed it.

Es increíble cómo el cabello había absorbido el baño de crema 🙀 Como cuando un suelo seco absorbe agua, ¿Sabes? Sii, así fue. Esto me ayudó muchísimo. De verdad sentí que mi cabello me lo agradeció.

El pelo quedó espectacular. Sumamente suave, sedoso, brilloso, manejable, lo peiné con una súper facilidad y además tenía un olor demasiado rico. Siento que le hizo aún más efecto que el de células madre. Así que lo súper recomiendo 🤩

It's amazing how the hair had absorbed the cream bath 🙀 Like when a dry floor absorbs water, you know? Yeah, it did. This helped me so much. I really felt like my hair thanked me.

The hair was spectacular. Extremely soft, silky, shiny, manageable, it was super easy to comb and it smelled so good. I feel that it had even more effect than the stem cells. So I highly recommend it 🤩
