Haha no, but Spanish is my mother tongue. Concerning the hong kong protests I believe it is the other way around. Managing their organization on a decentralized manner allowed them to do alot. Actually the government blocked their protests.

I shared this because I'm working on a community governance system which we will be implementing into a Dapp! It's basically a democratic non centralized consensus group mechanism.
