As it is now, one thing I would love or like to ask for would be a laptop. And it's not for any unnecessary reasons, but as it is right now, it feels like the best thing and one of the most important things to own. I know this might sound somehow, but I have my reasons. Not as if there isn't some other things on my wish list, but then, this would also go a long way in helping me and aiding what I do.
I personally want to learn some skills that would mandate that I own one, aside that, I move to write a lot. Aside writing here in hive, I also write other things and stuffs that I don't even post. Having a laptop will help me write better, faster and easier. It seems I've gotten used to typing and writing on a phone, but I believe a laptop would be better, also there are some things I do on Whatsapp, where I post on my status and also do some anonymous stuff once in a while. And at this rate, with all of these things, a phone is no longer enough to do them all.
There are a lot of times I would want to put some things down into writing and my phone would start acting up, there are times I would want to write for contest and all, and my phone would began to seize, there are times I would need to respond to some anonymous messages from people who really need my response urgently, but then my phone would begin to hang. And just like that, the idea flowing through me that should be out into writing would just disappear, I would b so frustrated and tired, there are times I would be moved to tears because of the urgency of what I need to do.
So, having or owning a laptop to me goes beyond just having a device/gadget. It would help me a lot, it would help me write anytime, it would help and hasten me to learn th skills I wish too, it will help me run my little act of kindness more easier. But as it is, I'm still limited to my phone, and it is not really giving 🥺.
I really have a lot to do, I want to grow, learn, do better, serve more, and be more impactful. And a laptop would help me to some extent. So, if can wish for something this Christmas, it would be a laptop. It would make those things I'm doing flourish and easy. So, I would be glad if someone somewhere would grant me this small, big, little, hard, easy wish of mine.
