CONTENTMENT: A SECRET TO HAPPY LIFE

Hello everyone, I believe we are all doing great,
At some point in our life, we might have come to a resolution that life is really bad, everything seems to go wrong, life sucks, and one thing we wish is to be in a better situation, but I want you to know, no matter how difficult it may seems,you are still better off some people. The unfairness of life shouldn't be the cause to indulge yourself in an illicit act. Let be happy with whatsoever we have, so the world can be a beautiful place to live in.

Contentment is a State of being happy or satisfied. it is not the fulfillment of what you want, rather it is the realization of how much you already have". How much we enjoy what we have is more important than how much we have. Life is full of people who have more than enough,but cannot be content. It is the capacity to enjoy life that brings contentment.

Come to think of it,there is a gross misconception of this virtue called contentment, to some it is a State of lethargy, to other it is a situation of nonchalance, while to some it is a State of complacency.Ironically ,it has little or nothing to do with any of these.

Contentment involves making a strong decision to always enjoy the moment, neither affluence or lack can change your disposition to life. A contented life can be described as having;wealth enough to support your needs, Health enough to make work a pleasure, patience enough to toil until some good is accomplished.love enough to move you to be useful and helpful to others, strength enough to battle with difficulties and overcome them, Hope enough to remove all anxious fears concerning the future.

Disconception creeps into our lives when we yield ourselves to the unhealthy competition for recognition which usually obscure our Sense of appreciation.let continually be grateful for what we have, because discontentment may continually be our closest companion.
