The word "I am sorry" can make peace exist forever. Saying sorry even when you aren´t at fault doesn´t make you a fool, but you want peace to reign which is the best. When someone refuses to apologize especially when he knows he is at fault, it turns into violence which can hurt both parties. We should learn to apologize because doing that makes us responsible and mature.
