For me LOVE, KINDNESS AND MERCY are all doing the same job at different categories in different places in the lives of different people at all times in the world. Frankly, all of us has some measures of kindness to show others but some has refused to practice theirs.
An old song that i do not know the name of the singer say,
*************SONG*********
" You've got to try a little kindness, show a little kindness, just shine your light for everyone to see.....
And if you try a little kindness, you will never go to blindness, never mind the blindness, a narrow mind deceives."
This song assumes that whoever that has refused to show kindness as at when due, has a narrow mind, and a narrow mind deceives. This is a proper believe and a believe system in life that revolves around and help people out of problems, therefore no matter how big or small, wherever places or whatever situations we find ourselves in life, showing kindness to others does a total miracle and it's a powerful solution to all and sundry anytime, any day.
Being kind or showing kindness is inborn in all of us but it depends largely on how we often allow this beautiful virture to show or shine out through us to someone else or to some other people who needs it per time or when it's needed from us to those in dare need of it at every given moment.
Whenever we refuse to show kindness to people in need, we are selfish and narrow minded, period. And it doesn't speak good of us. Let's try and do it often. #lolz.
Heehee...i quickly remembered an ever lasting kindness a close family friend showed to my family some years back.
What do i mean...? Ok, listen carefully and hear me out, it really and totally happened to my family.
So many years back to be precised, year 2000, my family lived in Lagos state then, which is one of the largest cities in my country, Nigeria. Lagos is a bubbling city crowded with people of all kinds, cost of living terriby high, accomodations and their prices skyrocketing on monthly basis. Accomodation disappointments were very rampant then i don't know about now.
Worst still, the rate of landlords selling off their buildings and another landlord demolishing residential homes was very alarming, it happened to my family. A certain time came in my family life that we found out that suddenly our resident was marked for demolition without the knowledge of every tenant in the six flats of the building.
One morning, the caretaker came up with a story that everyone were given just two weeks to pack out because the building has been sold to another landlord who wants to demolish this one and build another house of his choice in the place.
We the tenants thought that was a mad joke, we had a meeting that it can't work out as they planned. I mean every tenant in the six flats agreed not to pack out in such a short notice and time and on that half baked bad news. At the expiration of the two weeks they gave us... One early morning before 6: am.
Here comes a caterpillar bulldozer for the demolition... What..??, are you serious landlord and caretaker...???. What are we going to do now???.
Confusion everywhere, tenants were running helter scalter gathering their loads and their children for safety. That was one of the worst scenarios i have ever seen in a very long time in my life.
Every one started packing their properties in a double hurry, we now begged the bulldozer driver to please give us some hours God so kind, he accepted We started packing all our stuffs.
Not knowing where to go but my husband just made a call across to one of our close family friend. They live in a duplex home just close by where we lived. Told the man he wants to see him, they met and the story was narrated to him and his wife, there and then, they asked us to come along and squart with them in their boys quarter two rooms apartment.
We quickly loaded all our belongings in a truck, he carried most important things to the place with my husband while i and the children safe guarded the rest till he took his turn like five times packing and off loading our properties to the new place.
This kindness here showon to my family from this family is a kind and total free accomodation from that day to the next two months before we could get another accomodation, paid for two years rentage and all the agent fees all were paid and we packed into a new house and an entirely new house somewhere but a little further than where we used to live.
That was it, till we decidefully left Lagos state to another city where we reside now. We later noticed that some of our co-tenants packed their loads all straight to their villages but my family survived it because of a show of kindness from a good family friend.... God continue to bless them.
After some years, they, themselves packed down to another city in our Igbo speaking state as we also did but not in the same city.
Kindness, kindness and kindness was that act from our family friend.
They're not our relatives or what, rather we both knew ourselves in the church, from the church we were attending at that time, God used them to wipe our tears as at when we needed such a sacrificial kindness. I will never forget this in my life.
Thank you for reading, i appreciate you all.

That's a really horrible thing to happen to anyone that's renting an apartment.
Kindness is really important to us as humans and it is the best way to show that you love and care for your fellow humans.
I do hope that the world doesn't run out of kind people.
Yes, kindness is like icing on a cake. That's why God planted such virtue into us. It's like a seed, planted, germinated, grows and bears fruits. What ever we do for people is waiting for us too.
Thank you, it's well.
Its not indeed funny 😄 sis. Who gives two weeks notice to tenants when they are not owing the person?
This kind of issues has continued to happen in Lagos state here, but at least 6’six months notice is given or the new landlord will settle the tenants with some money 💰 to look for accommodation.
Or we go to court. This is what the court is meant for. People should not be taken for granted and be left in danger ⛔️.
Thanks for sharing this awareness. Enjoy 😉 your day.
Wow, I appreciate you sis, that was the kind of inhumane treatment we got from our Yeruba landlord at Ago Okota area if you are conversant with Lagos.
But God made a away for us quickly within a space of time that very day..
He was a highly placed immigration officer. So pity he's already dead some years back.. they told us.
Okay now ! He died being wicked. He has gone to face judgement. Haha 😆
Take care sis ❤️🥰
Thank you 👍😊, yeah 👍.
