What's bad with being called strict? Absolutely nothing, in my opinion.
As long as everyone is keeping their weight and not dilly-dallying, then working in a group is cool but if otherwise is the case, then I'd rather work solo.

Yeah, nothing. Still, some people see being strict as something bad. Lol.
That's the problem, everyone won't be the same. They are some who will work and others who won't amd that's when leadership role as to set in.
